Brief

ICICI Prudential entrusted us with the project of revamping their digital platform. This time the revamp was surrounded with the goal to enhance user engagement and streamline the insurance journey with a modern and useful interface. The core objective here was to create a modern, intuitive and conversion ready platform that continues to reflect ICICI Prudential’s commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.

Challenge

Since it's a large platform with a variety of insurance plans and policies. It was a challenge to bring such a vast project to reach its final objective. We had to work on details to build a user-friendly platform that catered to a huge audience with diverse customers. The goal here was to streamline, ease and navigate the online journey of every customer with simple yet effective mediums offering the right understanding and navigation throughout the platform.

We designed a user-centric digital experience for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and they loved it. We transformed it into a modern platform that is accessible, enabled with smooth navigation, and transforms complex financial products to categories and actionable solutions. The platform features intuitive navigation, personalised dashboards, and streamlined workflows, which is also our strength. We have now enabled users to effortlessly explore a diverse range of life insurance plans, including term, ULIPs, and retirement options with ease and efficiency.
