Bajaj general insurance approached us with the needful responsibility to craft engaging digital communication assets that includes emailers, banners and infographics. They had to carry the philosophy of care and trust of “Caringly yours” and continue to bring it to life . Being a design agency this was one of our strengths, our goal was to simplify complex insurance offerings and options. We had to carefully highlight the application’s convenience, instant claims, policy management and such necessities with ease. We were asked to make the platform approachable, reliable and form a strong digital touchpoint.

The brand has a wide range of offerings through their insurance products that span across health, motor and property. With a brand and an app trusted by so many users, we had to be very prompt, careful and attentive into detailings. The major challenge was to translate the functional depths to a crisp, understandable, engaging, yet clear communication to continue to show the trust and care of the brand throughout the digital medium with ease. Our task was to craft digital creatives that make insurance feel simple, human, and reassuring and not overwhelming.

The result - we crafted and designed a clean, smooth design rich and focused communication that is impactful and empowering. Each emailer, banner, and infographic was created to translate policy features into clear and relatable language, from instant claims support to policy tracking. The visuals we crafted were strong, engaging and echoed Bajaj General Insurance’s “Caringly Yours” promise, combining warmth, clarity, and trust to help customers connect effortlessly with their insurance journey.
