Brief

PropertyGuru for Business approached us to revamp their digital platform with a focus on improving user experience, accessibility, and overall design clarity. As our specialty, web designing and development services, we were excited to be a part of this project. We formulated ideas and made the platform modern and intuitive with a futuristic interface and modern layouts. The platform needed to be equipped with dashboards, agent tools, and smooth listing management, and we were able to make this happen with our creative and functional approach.

Challenge

The primary challenge was that the platform’s old interface and fragmented user flow made it difficult for agents to access key tools efficiently. The redesign needed to simplify navigation and improve usability without disrupting core backend systems.

Solution

We focused on deeply understanding the unique needs of each user group to craft tailored experiences accordingly. For first-time buyers, the platform offers a simplified journey, featuring guided onboarding, clarity, and helpful suggestions to reduce any strain or confusion while navigating through the platform.
